Mini guide to Orlando Airport

For most visitors, Orlando International Airport is their first taste of sunny Florida. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, Orlando International Airport is a charming introduction to the state. Serving over 30 million domestic passengers each year, it is busier than any other airport in Florida. The airports is conveniently located seven miles southeast of Orlando.

Orlando International Airport currently has five terminals. These are Airside Terminals 1, 2, 3, 4 and the Main Terminal. Nearly three-quarters of Orlando’s flights are domestic, explaining why Terminal’s 2 and 3 are dedicated solely to national destinations. The ‘AGT’ connects the gates to the main terminal.

The 80,000 passengers who pass through the airport daily are treated to some excellent facilities, including two dozen restaurants, several bars and a micro-brewery, a host of shops and a hotel. You can enjoy treats at yoghurt stands, bakery stores and pizzerias.

Shops at the airport include jewellers, a shop selling gifts for pets, various gift and duty-free stores, sweet shop, an electrical goods shop, newsagents, sunglasses shop, a watch shop, toyshops, Walt Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World stores, a leather goods shop, stationery, perfumery and clothing accessories shops.

Driving Directions
Orlando International Airport is found southeast of downtown Orlando, at the junction of State Road 436 (SR 436) and State Road 528 (SR 528F). If travelling from the North access the airport via Interstate 4 and then SR 417. From the South or the West take I-4 and then SR 528.
